Just a quick note to say thank you for the care that the team has taken over the production and installation of our fireplace and its accompanying log fire.
We must have spent twenty years mulling over whether or not to replace our open fire but now couldn’t be any happier that we finally took the plunge.
Simon and Trevor were so fastidious in their work that when they left I’d put money on the room being cleaner than when they arrived. 😉

Tim and I want to thank you so much for all the effort you both put into our wonderful end results of two stunning fireplaces. We love them.

We wish to express our thanks to you and your team for the remarkable work that you have recently undertaken, this being the second task that you have done, the first being a Stone fireplace that was completed back in 2006.
We cannot believe that there are companies out there that have such a passion for work being done, however Heritage Stone should be at the top of everyone’s list.
If I may, I will add a little something that I learned when I first went into the industry of selling, it is a John Ruskin quote:-
“It’s unwise to pay too much, but it’s worse to pay too little. When you pay too much, you lose a little money – that’s all. When you pay too little, you sometimes lose everything, because the thing you bought was incapable of doing the thing it was bought to do. The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot – it can’t be done. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.”
I am aware that to obtain quality it comes at a price.
